Felt that everything is happening to fast. First it was Christmas, then came New year, now its Chinese New Year. *dizzy*
Didn't really have time to breathe, was busy preparing for a new start. For your info, i changed company to AIA. Merged with other agencies too. December was the start at AIA, thus many things to settle and unpack. Not to mention getting use to the changes there. Lots of changes!
Let's start with the bad points:-
CONS
Firstly being a larger company, things work differently, and less efficient.
More steps to submitting cases,
Forms and documents are harder to locate.
The online system looks too cluttered and messy for me.
PROS
Of cause for every con, there is a pro :)
Merger means more people i can seek advise / learn from.
Wider variety of product range.
More flexible then before.
Better pay too .
All in all, i hope it will be a good start for this Rabbit year!
