Got up damn early because the ferry leaves at 9am
Kinda excited as the last time i took a ferry was like god knows when
Took a motion sickness pill just before boarding in case the water gets too choppy
Luckily the ferry was quite stable throughout the journey
It's quite well furnished i should say with a mini bar counter too
The view on the ferry is good, calm and soothing
especially when you can see the sky and water meets on the horizon
Of course i cam whored, chit chat, listened to songs and
played Monopoly Deal Cards with my colleagues :)

Arriving at the Bintan Ferry Terminal :)

The villas model at the Lagoon lobby
Think is the one closest to the villa we stayed in

the main lobby

at the lovely balcony-like area by the ponds

Waiting for check in

Inside our actual villa which
consists of a living room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets,
both a front & back yard and a balcony sort of area

After check in and some unpacking
The meeting starts at 2.30pm Bintan time
which is an hour earlier than Singapore time
breaks in between meetings

Finally meetings ends at 7pm Bintan time

Every villa comes with a buggy
So after dinner, we drove out to test drive
But its really hard to see the road as it isn't that well lit
and it didn't help that the windscreen of the buggy is kinda dirty too
But the night sky was gorgeous as it is filled with big bright stars!
They look very much nearer to us than you normally see in Singapore
By about 9pm we were playing drinking games
and finish up a bottle of Vodka and cointreau each
That ends the day for me while others still
managed to play mahjong till morning
DAY 2
The next day was own activity
So i woke up early at about 7am and head down
to the beach to check out their water sports facilities
in the buggy of course hehe~
But their so called sports counter didn't open on time as stated
which was disappointing and the prices are kinda steep
so we gave it a miss.
We ended up playing in the sea catching
schools of small & big fishes!
The water is so clear that you can see
them swimming through your feet
hahaha that was fun like back to childhood times =D
No photos taken cause everybody is playing in the water
The boys were lucky enough to play soccer with few angmoh girls lol~
They didn't look like their age at all - 15 years old -__-
Followed by frisbee in the sea
After that we went to the swimming pool to wash off
the sand and chill down abit
The weather there can be temperamental
It can rain few hours then stop & back to sunny
before it rain again
We left when it starts to drizzle
and by the time we walk back to the villa
it was a big downpour!
Back at the villa while waiting to bath
we had light snacks and finger food
In fact we have ready food almost every hour
of the day throughout the whole 3 day stay
From tidbits to cooked food
:p
After dinner few of us watched a Hong Kong ghost show
while the rest went to the hotel lobby for live band performance
Something funny happened that night
my colleague accidentally saw her uncle
who is also our big boss showering in the buff =x
He claimed that the lock was stuck that's why
couldn't lock properly LOL~
DAY 3
All of us woke up early to the beach again
followed by the swimming pool
This time round we tried the slides there
it was fun because some get stuck as those behind came down
and ended up with a big splash!
Played some water games and look
at the worker there inside the "big bubble ball"
walking across the swimming pool surface
Washed up had breakfast and pack our stuff
we played Monopoly card again while waiting for check out
at the departure Ferry

Me and Jia jia

on the return ferry back to Singapore
this time round it's much smaller with not much facilities
the view outside my window seat :)
