" Procrastination is a behavior which is characterized by the deferment of actions or tasks to a later time. Psychologists often cite procrastination as a mechanism for coping with the anxiety associated with starting or completing any task or decision.
Psychology researchers also have three criteria they use to categorize procrastination. For a behavior to be classified as procrastination, it must be counterproductive, needless, and delaying.
For an individual, procrastination may result in stress, a sense of guilt, the loss of personal productivity, the creation of crisis and disapproval from others for not fulfilling one's responsibilities or commitments. These combined feelings can promote further procrastination. While it is normal for people to procrastinate to some degree, it becomes a problem when it impedes normal functioning. I realised that i actually procrastinate quite alot =x Sometimes i wonder if it's my laziness or am i just procrastinating
to do what i am supposed to do?
There are so many things i want to do, and to do it right.
But most of the time ended up with me having the intention, but not having enough will/determination to accomplish it.
and at times, it means giving up something in return to accomplish it. =/
boredom kills my bright & sunny Sunday!! argh >.<

it's the time of the year again to celebrate Mooncake Festival!! Recently just spent $40+ on 4 pcs of Durian Snow Skin Mooncake at Takashimaya Forgot to take picture of that though :( But it was really delicious =p
i wanna eat more of the "Piggy" pastry!!

ok, i realized i haven't been posting for a long long time =( Sorry was kinda busy with my new job, from studies to trainings, etc...
For those who didn't know, i am currently a licensed Financial Adviser from AXA ^^ **don't start avoiding my calls because of my job!! LOL~!**
